Your pet gets a branch on the tree

Order by December 5 for the best chance. Most orders arrive in 6 to 17 business days: 2 to 7 business days to make your ornament, then 4 to 10 business days in transit. An order placed on December 5 at the long end of that range would arrive after December 25, and carriers are busy in December, so we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Earlier is safer.

A sharp, well-lit photo where your pet's face fills at least a third of the frame. The original file from your phone is better than a screenshot or a photo saved from social media. If your photo is too small to print well, we email you before printing.

Three ornaments printed with the same photo, name and message, shipped together. It is a good way to give the same pet to family or friends. You upload one photo per order.

Yes. At checkout you can add an optional name (up to 20 characters) and a short message (up to 24 characters), like a year. We add them to your design.

We fit your photo to the shape of the ornament, which can trim the edges. Photos with your pet near the center work best. If we think important parts will be cropped, we email you.

Write to us through the contact page before you order and we will answer within 1 to 2 business days. We would rather tell you than guess.

We do not send a design proof. We check your photo's resolution and fit before printing, and we contact you if anything looks off.

You can cancel for a full refund until your order goes into production. Email us as soon as you can with your order number. Once it is printed, it cannot be cancelled.

Because each ornament is made from your photo, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, email us within 30 days and we will reprint it or refund you.
